How It Works

Tell us what you need.
Our team reviews your request and sends you a proposed dates and times to choose from. You can accept it or suggest a different time that works better for you.
For subscription plans, simply pick your preferred week we’ll send a specific day within that week for you to confirm or adjust.
For one time jobs, create a service ticket: describe the issue, upload photos/video, enter your address (and unit number if needed), contact details, and whether you’re a homeowner or landlord. Choose a priority level - higher priority has different pricing and faster response.
For ongoing service/maintenance plans, open your personal portal and choose a Flexible Care Plan.
